Please join us as we continue our journey of breathing in an effort to rebalance the body, mind, and spirit. The goal of this second session will be to look back at what we started with in a short review and then build to more complex breathing patterns. Central to this practice is the idea that you can manage internal conflicts with external manipulations and the external struggle with internal adjustments. Control of the breathing center is ideal for managing day-to-day anxiety.
