Breath & Balance: Part I

Please join us as we begin down a path of breathing to rebalance the body, mind, and spirit. The objective of this first session is to build a foundation from which more complex breathing patterns can be experienced as the series continues. Conflict is conflict, whether internal or external. That said, our focus will be on the development of connectivity using the breathing center as well as how to manage the kinds of stress and anxiety we encounter in day-to-day life.
