Join us for an enjoyable afternoon as Jeremy Breazeale Sensei of the Yoshida Dojo (吉田道場) and Sifu Steve Smith of The Little Dojo get together to discuss martial conditioning, expressions of aiki (合氣), managing emotional content, and the healing purpose of martial arts in the sequel to the first session. Set for a minimum of one hour–and a maximum of two hours–the conversation will be a Q&A opportunity for those in attendance.
